Craig Fowlkes is the founder of Good Time Mascots Events & Decor, a Columbus-based event company dedicated to creating memorable, personalized experiences.
Founded in 2014, the business began with Craig’s passion for mascot entertainment and bringing joy to families and communities. Over time, it expanded into a full-service event company offering planning, coordination, design, décor, balloon installations, draping, photo booths, concessions, DJ and audio-visual support, custom graphics, and event-production assistance.
Craig believes every event should reflect the client’s personality, purpose, culture, and vision rather than feel like a standard package. Whether supporting a wedding, graduation, birthday, memorial, church conference, nonprofit event, corporate gathering, or community celebration, he remains personally involved in shaping the concept and reviewing the details.
Good Time Mascots Events & Decor is proudly family-owned and minority-owned. Craig frequently works alongside his mother, Paula Wilkins-Goldsmith, whose balloon artistry and event-design experience bring additional creativity and care to the company’s productions.

You receive a tailored proposal and discuss any revisions with our team.
After approval, you receive an agreement and the applicable non-refundable retainer invoice.
Once the agreement and retainer are complete, the event enters the planning and production phase.
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an event date. Availability, services, equipment, and pricing are not final until an official proposal, agreement, and required retainer have been completed. Consultations are by appointment only — Central Ohio.
